A positive ("Genuine") result confirms only that the entered LOT number exists in ZISHEL's official batch records at the time of the query. It does not independently guarantee that the physical product in your possession is genuine, unaltered, correctly stored, or lawfully imported, and it does not constitute medical advice or a warranty of fitness for any purpose. Product integrity also depends on intact original packaging and an intact QR anti-counterfeit sticker.

A negative ("Not Verified") result indicates that the entered LOT number was not found in ZISHEL's official records. Such products may be counterfeit, unauthorized, diverted, tampered with, or entered incorrectly. Do not use a product that cannot be verified and report it to ZISHEL GROUP.
